In this interactive workshop, we will learn simple ways to prepare some basic clean meals while learning about the role of food & mood (bad mood foods), acidic & alkaline balance (for maintaining healthy ph), the stress cycle & weight gain, natural healing with herbs & amino acids (natural anti-depressants, stimulants, etc..), organic foods, the merits of a vegan diet, principles of cleansing & detoxing, the world of raw & superfoods and the future of nutrition.
